As Camilla Morton says, to dress the winning Best Actress is the ultimate goal for fashion designers. Who will wear what is a closely guarded secret, and as we know it's a female prerogative to have a last-minute change of heart. It's just as nail-biting for the designer as the actress. Designers, however, are suckers for the glitz so will run the gauntlet on this night, as whoever she wears, she will be the most photographed woman in the world. Whoever gets their creation on a photogenic icon will reach more homes than their advertising campaigns could ever hope to. Yup, worth the gamble.
