Giving really feels good!!! I'll be holding a giveaway when I hit 100 followers... yay! is that possible to reach within the next two months???
Now here's another question... what item on my etsy shop would you like to have if you won???

Okay, we have a lot of time to think about that... meanwhile, I'm done with the scheme-1 floor plan of a retirement house and here's to show you:

Got to get moving now... I will have more to share for you soon!

Have fun this weekend everyone!!!

Well I'm follower #93! Your plan looks good! Elderly people love to garden. I hope the retirement hope I go to has raised flower beds to play in. Thanks for sharing.

  1. Hi Flory...

Girlfriend, I got a kick out of your Sunday Favorites comment this morning...you're first! Yeeehawwww!!! Hehe! Too cute!

Well my friend, I really studied this set of plans for the retirement house! Are they for you or a client? They look fabulous! I just love blueprints...does that sound funny? My father is now retired but was a building contractor. I can't tell you how many times that I seen him and my mother as well, going over blueprints on our kitchen table! Hehe! I also remember spending many a day as a child...drawing my own blueprints...to that dream house that I would someday live in!

Well my dear, I am looking foward to your next giveaway! It does feel great to give...doesn't it! Thanks so much for joining up with Sunday Favorites this week!!! Loved your post...and your blueprints!!!

Have a super and safe Memorial Day weekend!

Looks good. I'm a little confused about the "Dirty Kitchen" though. What is its purpose??

  1. You can save money if you have any relative who is knowledgeable in house structure.
