If I do another giveaway & a retirement house preview

Giving really feels good!!! I'll be holding a giveaway when I hit 100 followers... yay! is that possible to reach within the next two months???
Now here's another question... what item on my etsy shop would you like to have if you won???

    Well my friend, I really studied this set of plans for the retirement house! Are they for you or a client? They look fabulous! I just love blueprints...does that sound funny? My father is now retired but was a building contractor. I can't tell you how many times that I seen him and my mother as well, going over blueprints on our kitchen table! Hehe! I also remember spending many a day as a child...drawing my own blueprints...to that dream house that I would someday live in!

    You can save money if you have any relative who is knowledgeable in house structure.
