"It is possible to be happy and joyful most of the time.  You just have to look at little children and see their natural joy.  You may say that little children are free and don't have anything to worry about, but you are free too!  You are free to choose worry or to choose joy, and whatever you choose will attract exactly that... Joy attracts more joy."
-Taken from The Secret Daily Teachings

Today is Monday, we should always start the week with joy rather than the stressful things that could happen.  Gaze on the beautiful things around which can make us happy, so in this process we will find, the  more we believe, think and feel happy, the easier it will be to fulfill things!

Mine has only a size of 20" widescreen... ...so far so perfect that I could've only dreamed about two years ago. Hahaahh!
I just picked a simple and relaxing screen saver:
Well, most of all... it allows greater flexibility when I'm working with many applications at the same time and also enables me to enjoy the benefits of multimedia and of course perfect for website designing. (easier for the technical side of things!)
oh, I could also make some variety of new options like two word documents for example in a letter size can be opened and worked at the same time! Not to mention the most exiting internet page and word document, that you can have a chock-full display of both function equally side by side.
It's great and easier to work when collecting information too.
No wonder graphic experts and photographers who work with pictures in a wide format have skipped to this kind of fever long time now! c",)
...and my Pop says:
the more if you discover that you can add one more LCD wide screen with your HP Pavilion Desktop, actually it can have multiple screens as many as you can afford, well maybe later huh!

I have a busy weekend planned which will be fun... I think I might spoil my budget again and set off to buy myself some more gadgets! Scheduled to have my new router installed this sunday, so tomorrow I need to buy an extra lan cables for a dsl connections and another wireless bluetooth. I have to change my mobile broadband device because it takes like forever to connect and to re-connect and it keeps me disconnecting... well, I mean it's really annoying!
I'll end my post here for now and pardon this photo of lovely Diesal bag which came all the way from Dublin (tnx 2 u Dae!) taken with my new Nikon Coolpix.
Thanks Pop for the cam and Mom for the chocolates... You're both amazing!
...oh wait, check this out!

I need to work on my new online job a bit harder and probably spend just as much as I would on a new PC... my new desktop HP Pavilion A6640D, bought it yesterday with Pao. Though I need a powerful graphic card and memory to work on my newest task -web page layout but I'm gonna try this out now, I can upgrade it later.
Okay I'm just overwhelmed, I've got a lot of work to do and this is a good start!
...many thanks to Papa Bear!

Now I want to share this to everyone who is having some difficulty accepting the possibility of having what they want in life... just like a basic feeling of insecurity, which I took on earlier because of having trouble dealing with the management I am currently working with. As if I have a strangle-hold on to the situation... trying desperately not to lose my job in the first place, but chocking off the best opportunities on the other side.
By tossing and turning, I found this!

The Nature of life is constant change, constant flux. When we understand this, we tune into it's rhythm and we never really lose anything, but constantly gain.

When, through insecurity (fear) and a feeling that there "isn't enough," we try to cling to what we have, we begin to cut off this wonderful flow of energy. In hanging onto what we have, we fail to keep the energy moving and we don't make space for new energy to come to us.

As we outflow our energy, we make room for more to flow into us. We soon discover that this process feels so good in itself we just want to do it more and more. And the more you share of yourself from this space, the more you seem to get from the world, because of the outflow-inflow principle. (Nature abhors a vacuum, so as you outflow you create space into which something must inflow.)

Now I need to be really creative and think of other ways to outflow the good things for myself and for the others as well. Here comes a point where I have to put my foot down and think carefully about my decision of quitting my job and let someone else take the place. Wish me luck!

that is, it has manifested God,

After an exhausting 4 day out of town work, I rewarded myself with a thigh busting hike down to the beach. It certainly wasn’t just a physical reward for my legs but I really enjoyed getting out there because of the sunset, see!

beautiful isn't it?... I just stayed close to shore because there must be a bunch of sharks out there... yaiks!

We've been to my father's ancestral province last week, Bauang,La Union. This was my second visit in this province since I was about 2 or 3 years old...
Thanks to Uncle Macky for the warm accommodation and Auntie Celia, though we're grieving at heart, we can't help but appreciate the time we spent during our stay in her Guest House.

I'm a bit of a slug these days and yet this week really seems to be moving fast. I've been struggling hard to get my mind back on it's "normal aspect" I use to survive in daily life towards work. I would say it's not really me, I love my work, but the sudden change in our 'Management System' had caused me to lost track of a few days really, it's sickening.
Well, that's just the way life is sometimes, I'll get used to it perhaps. Apparently they gave me a new project and I know I should be grateful for that.
Tomorrow will be a good day for a break and to take charge of everything. I will surely start my Monday with a big smile on my face, that I promised to myself.
How about you? Have you had a good day this week? Share!

I purchased tai-chi workout video of David Carradine about a year and a half ago, and I am using it until today! When I was a kid, I would have loved to become a kung fu martial artist, well maybe because of my dad 's strong influence (he's a longtime karate enthusiast). I'm fond of watching David Carradine's kung Fu of course, Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies too (Oh, Enter the Dragon's one of my favorite movies!)
Only last year when I just decided to teach myself how to learn the slow flowing movements of tai-chi and it creates a very positive effects for my health... I'm enjoying it a lot and keeps my mind and body balanced too.
Another video is Cardio Kung Fu a different story of course and a bit complicated but also powerful. Try it!
TJ Storm is cool!

I've been off from work for almost a week, being the longest. Now I'm back ... though I have my "own" flexi-schedule for a year and yet had tons of projects that sometimes are pissing me off. Well, ignoring of illness and weather, I have to do it wholeheartedly and patiently. If I wake up and can't face it, that's just my tough luck.
So, starting now and tomorrow then, It will be interesting!

Went to visit the Avida Settings in Cavite last Saturday. Paolo and I are gonna do some interior-architecture services (updating my worksheet)... kinda like the style, those houses were traditional American and we're gonna mix it with modern interior so just to maintain the identity. I'm pretty excited about it... I'll be posting my mood board soon!

As January ends in Western world, in the East celebrations are only just beginning.

Year of the Ox: 1913, 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997,

Quiet and eloquent, patient and kind, they will inspire confidence. On the downside oxen are often eccentric and opinionated and stubborn –aren’t we all? They hate opposition and failure and are a mass of extremes and contradictions.

Ok, everthing I need to do is all written down, see I've had my week dose of office meetings and work to do for most of my projects and some problematic projects that gives me nothing but a headache. Well, I gave my boss an opportunity to take some of that burden off his shoulders... duh! he thinks I can deal with it easily? — this counts doubly for me... when your boss is your friend, sometimes you can't deny help easily!
Thank God I don't have much work to do yet next week and so I have my whole monday rest to make way for my health check-up.
For the meantime, let's enjoy the weekend!
