I was assigned as a project architect in this 1,500 sq.m. house renovation located at Dasmariñas Village, Makati, Philippines last November, 2005... Take a look at the photos below on what it was before, the house was built year 1970.

after a year!!! Yesterday I came to visit the house again and I'm proud to say that the look and quality of the house has unfolded... clean lines outside and a little coziness inside because of the use of natural woods, added furniture and excellent features...
